Several special Fathers Day events in our area, and most of the pubs and reataurants offering special menus.Drive a steam train for a fiver- or learn Archery in Tintern and then retreat to the pub. Fab family friendly things to choose from and sunshine predicted too.

Inspired by the GMTV boot campers we have been working harder and faster when cleaning and gardening- and even been to the gym and for a swim.

We have been following the Beach Body Diet along with our guests and have duly lost some weight ( not before time). Are we encouraged to continue?

GMTV were with us again this week working hard and enjoying rope climbing, gorge walking, canoeing and cycling as well as working hard at gym type exercises.Fantastic scenery made it wonderful TV!
