We are sold for most of the match and practice day dates at all three cottages however please ask in case we have a cancellation. We can do pre and post event stays. We do have the period 25-30 September available at Foxes Reach.

Our Cottages are separate from each other, all individual, but are all within very easy driving distance of Celtic Manor, the location of Ryder Cup Wales 2010 (September/October). During Ryder Cup Wales 2010 there is to be a compulsory Park and Ride system and Vanilla is approx 20 minutes drive and Foxes Reach approx 25 minutes drive from the large Park and Ride for spectators at Llanwern. Tintern Abbey Cottage, newly opened at the end of October 2009, is approx 20 minutes from Llanwern .

We are advised that spectators will not be allowed to walk, cycle, drive cars or taxis into the ground but must use the official bus system so you will need to drive to Llanwern from the cottages and park there. Its not difficult.

There is to be a different Park and Ride located at Usk Showground for officials, stewards and volunteers and we are extremely convenient to that. Vanilla is only about 10 minutes/4 miles from it, Foxes Reach 7 miles/15 mins approx, Tintern Abbey Cottage 8 miles/20mins.

Our five star grades at all three cottages mean we offer a very comfortable standard of accommodation indeed and we are also easy for pubs and quality restaurants where you can unwind at the end of a long day on the course. Vanilla has a riverside pub in very short walking distance, a pub with excellent food a little further but still walkable and a TV cheffy superb restaurant ( Foxhunter Nantyderry I mile plus the Hardwick and the Walnut Tree each a little further) as well as masses more in under 3 miles.

At Foxes Reach there are several great pubs with locally sourced food within 1.5 miles and a Michelin star under 5 miles- and masses more in a small area!

Tintern Abbey cottage is walking distance to 3 hotels and 4 pubs as well as an antique shop, souvenir shop and book store, craft centre and more.The Michelin restaurant is within 10 mins drive and there are many other choices

We can do shopping deliveries and breakfast hampers on request at all three houses and obviously as we are self catering with fully equipped kitchens you have no need to eat out but could watch even more golf on TV!

If you want to stay longer and enjoy this area we can organise that too. Bring your clubs and have a game at one of the 20 plus courses within an hours driving radius yourself (and dont miss our Abbeys, Castles, canoeing, walking, cycling fishing or market towns!)

We accept credit cards so even overseas visitors can pay us easily.

Vanilla sleeps 3 in two bedrooms (one double one single)one bathroom. The cottage is sold for most of the cup practise and match dates but we are avaiable for Two Nights Saturday and Sunday 2 amd 3 October at the offer price of only £200 for 2 people for the 2 nights .

Foxes Reach sleeps 6 in 4 bedrooms (two double two single) two bathrooms and is sold 30 Sept to 04 October. Other dates available.

Tintern Abbey Cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, it has two bathrooms each one bath with shower over -one of them ensuite and the other one has a whirlpool to ease those tired muscles after a day on the course . It is sold from Sunday 26 September to Monday 04 October.
- so all three cottages are suitable for sharing with friends not sharing a bed(room).

If you are appointed as a steward or other official , or have your ticket numbers in the case of spectators ,please have them to hand as this would assist us. 50% Payment will be required at the time of booking and this will be non refundable. The balance will be payable in February 2010.Bookings made on or after March 1st 2010 will be payable in full on booking. We can take credit cards so even if you are coming from overseas booking is simple for you. We will give you the telephone number to call to make payment by card when you have made your e mail booking .
