Pets are welcome at Foxes Reach and Vanilla Cottage!

• We welcome up to two medium sized dogs( springer labrador size approx ), or one of a giant breed at each cottage.
• We will sometimes accept three tiny dogs but this is subject to the type and size of the pets and the number of humans in the party. Please ask.

  Basically we will not accept more than seven bodies at Foxes Reach ie 6 people one dog or five people one dog one baby and so on or 4 bodies at Vanilla Cottage.This is inorder to retain the quality experience we want to give you.

• Sorry but NO puppies or older, incontinent dogs.
• Additional charges are payable.
• Bring your horse and we can provide stabling, at additional charge.
• There is excellent local walking
• We will usually accept a housetrained cat with its own litter tray by arrangement
• Our gardens are both well fenced and gated but are not Houdini proof compounds and you need to be responsible for your pet.Very small dogs such as determined Jack Russell "terrorists" may be able to get under our gates- but we have never lost a visitor yet!

  We do permit small caged animals such as gerbils to accompany you on holiday but they are NOT allowed out of their cages in the cottage ( at Foxes Reach they should be kept in the laundry room unless there is extreme weather). Caged birds may not fly in the cottages and must also remain caged.
  We usually make no charge for small caged animals but this is at our discretion and they must be "booked" with us.

  Our cottages are unfortunately not especially suitable for those with mobility issues ( see our access statements) however there will be no charge for a properly registered assistance dog such as a Hearing Dog accompanying the less able person being assisted.We may ask for the registration details.Please discuss with us at time of booking.
